Residential Property

Our Residential team takes pride in providing a comprehensive, professional service for those wishing to let their properties and in making the letting process quick and efficient for tenants. We have our own in-house lettings management department, enabling us to deal with the tenants on your behalf for the duration of the tenancy. Two service levels are offered – Standard lettings and Rent Collection or Fully Managed service which also includes periodic property inspection visits and the handling of any maintenance issues on your behalf.

Andrew Scott Robertson is a corporate member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (www.arla.co.uk) and abides by its strict bye-laws.
