About the job

Location: Wimbledon, London (24 High Street, SW19 5DX)

Salary: £24,000 per annum depending on experience (Reviewed after 12 months)

Car Allowance: Mileage rate in line with HMRC Advisory Fuel Rates

Start Date: January 2025

About the Role: andrew scott robertson is seeking two enthusiastic Graduate Surveyors to join our Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Estate Management (or similar) who are ready to embark on their RICS APC pathway to qualification.

You’ll begin your career in our Commercial Department, gaining experience in the sales and lettings of commercial properties, as well as Landlord & Tenant matters. There will also be opportunities for cross-department training, including residential sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the sale and letting of commercial properties
  • Handling Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Collaborating across departments for a well-rounded training experience

What We Offer:

  • A formal training program, including in-house sessions and APC support
  • RICS membership and training expenses covered (subject to a training agreement)
  • 20 days of holiday per year, plus statutory public holidays
  • Standard working hours: Monday–Thursday (9am–6pm), Friday (9am–5:30pm)

Requirements:

  • A degree in Estate Management or a related field
  • Eagerness to begin the RICS APC qualification process
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
